The hotel was very close to the tram station so it was very convenient to go to the city centre. It was also within walking distance of Migros so it was very easy for us to get groceries. There is also luggage storage services.

The room suited our needs for one night. We had two double beds and it was comfortable layout with a lot of room. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was a nice touch. Check in and out was easy. Excellent that it was right next to the tram which could take you straight into the old town.

Stayed in a 3 bed room. The beds were much more comfortable than I anticipated. Bathroom was clean and functional. The location is right next to a bus line and a quick walk from the rose garden. They also provided us with a free city transit pass. So convenient and everyone I was with said they'd return. I have stayed in an ibis hotel before and didn't have the best experience but this was wonderful.

The room was clean and neat, staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even told us how to visit the National Equestrian Centre next door. There is a common area with water dispenser and microwave that can be used all day, though it's used for the breakfast buffet in the morning. Very easy to get to and from the city center via bus, and walking distance to a nice park.

Very clean modern hotel, easily accessed via bus and tram, about 10 mins from train station. Staff were very pleasant.

Views of the distant mountains from our room, storks flying above and the army exercising its horses. Room was excellent and staff were brilliant.

Good size room. Bed is comfortable. Shower decent size. Location easy yo get around, and they gave us a city pass. Parking a little expensive but roomy.

Thought the location was going to be an issue but the public transport in Bern is excellent. Staff were handy both before and during the stay to provide information as to which trams and buses to use, even early on a Sunday morning.

The room was ok nothing special. Easy parking access and good location. The stuff was helpful and kind no problems there. In general we didn't face any issues. Good thing they accept dogs.

It was the cheapest we can find for place to sleep as always out first thing in the morning and back late at night. Tram across the hotel was a bonus
