The room suited our needs for one night. We had two double beds and it was comfortable layout with a lot of room. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was a nice touch. Check in and out was easy. Excellent that it was right next to the tram which could take you straight into the old town.

The hotel was very close to the tram station so it was very convenient to go to the city centre. It was also within walking distance of Migros so it was very easy for us to get groceries. There is also luggage storage services.

Stayed in a 3 bed room. The beds were much more comfortable than I anticipated. Bathroom was clean and functional. The location is right next to a bus line and a quick walk from the rose garden. They also provided us with a free city transit pass. So convenient and everyone I was with said they'd return. I have stayed in an ibis hotel before and didn't have the best experience but this was wonderful.

The room was ok nothing special. Easy parking access and good location. The stuff was helpful and kind no problems there. In general we didn't face any issues. Good thing they accept dogs.

Very conveniently located near to the tram station. Room was clean with good size and, staff was cordial. Takes about 75 minutes to reach Interlaken.

The room was comfortable and clean. Location great, just across street from bus station. Great view. Staff was great and verry helpfull! Restaurant just next door! Was a great stay! Thank you. The Ibis Group is a good choise

The room was confortable. The reception was present also late in the night. It Is outside of the city center but very well connected with the tram stop outside of the building. Is very close to the expo ( congress center) and to a small mall ( with fast food and so on) The bed was very compfy.

I like our room and how clean it was when I came back at night each day. The breakfast was delicious and location was good for me, not far from downtime which it was what I needed. :D

The location is excellent, the family room is very big and comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. Everything was exceptionally clean.

Clean, staff very nice, near the rose garden viewpoint, grocery store a 10 min walk away, comfortable bed
